Bristol is an important city which can be found in the southwest of England. Much of the city is divided by the River Avon, part of an important waterway connecting to the city's main harbour, responsible for much of Bristol's wealth over the years. Bristol's harbour area is a particularly lively part of the city, known for its waterfront bars, restaurants galleries and notable tourist attractions, such as the popular 'At Bristol' complex.

In the very heart of Bristol the streets are well pedestrianised and lined with an endless selection of shops, indoor malls, departments stores and shopping arcades. Nearby, Bristol's eye-catching cathedral dates back to the mid-12th century and stands along Park Street, close to a selection of trendy cafés and specialist shops.

The Clifton area of Bristol is one of the city's most famous districts, known for being home to the spectacular Clifton Suspension Bridge, which crosses a large valley and is illuminated at night. This region also contains the Clifton Observatory and Caves, which are worthy of a visit, together with a number of wine bars and pubs.
